Visa Invitation Letter Requests
Individuals may request letters of invitation from INSAR to support their efforts to obtain travel visas for the INSAR Annual Meeting. To submit a request, individuals are required to provide all information in the online form below. Please note that you must be a paid registrant to receive a letter from INSAR.*
Important information regarding Visa Invitation Letters (please read):
Your name must be listed exactly as it appears on your passport. Any differences between the name on your passport and the name on your invitation letter or other documentation could lead to a delay and/or denial of your visa.
If you are presenting a paper, include the Abstract ID# and Abstract title and session type (poster, oral or panel) in which the paper will be presented, or if you are exhibiting, please indicate so in your request.
Please note that each individual requesting an invitation letter must submit a separate online form.
Documentation to include in the Request Form: Registration receipt or copy of completed registration form with payment; any other relevant for your request. All documentation needs to be combined into one PDF and uploaded with the completed form.
All letters will be sent in PDF format to the email address provided. Requests take approximately 5-7 business days to process.
*Registrants that request an official “Invitation Letter” from INSAR to submit with their visa application prior to the meeting are eligible for a full refund if the visa is denied or not processed in time to attend the meeting. See cancellation policy for details.
