2026 Sponsorship Information

Annually, INSAR offers varying levels of sponsorship tiers for organizations to offer support of our mission. Below is a complete listing of opportunities. If you have any questions about any of our sponsorship opportunities contact Chalise McClaran at INSAR HQ (chalise@autism-insar.org).  



SPONSORSHIP INTEREST APPLICATION

 

All sponsorship level amounts are listed in USD. INSAR is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.

Note: Sponsor and/or exhibitor applications for service delivery programs and specific therapies are not accepted. All sponsorship and exhibit requests are subject to review and approval.

 

Double Platinum Level
 
Platinum Sponsors of INSAR are the organizations who pledge $100,000 or above.
 
  • Society Benefactor Benefits
    • Organization logo (w/link) on all INSAR 2026 e-blast/social media event marketing and updates
    • Monthly opportunities to market your organization and events to all INSAR members and prospects (email and social media)
    • Invitation to attend one Board or Committee Call per year to present your organization’s mission, products, events or services (20-minute presentation)
    • Invitation to attend the Board Dinner at the Annual Meeting.
    • Organization logo (w/link) and listing on the INSAR website
  • Annual Meeting Benefits
    • Annual meeting sponsorship credit ($5,000 value) to be used at your discretion (see Annual Meeting Pop-Up Opportunities below)

    • Annual Meeting Digital acknowledgment includes:
      • Inclusion of logo and acknowledgment in the Annual Meeting app

    • Complimentary PPT Slide to run at Annual Meeting (must provide)
    • Complimentary exhibit booth (in-person & mobile platform) at the Annual Meeting (subject to exhibitor eligibility guidelines)
    • Up to eight complimentary registrations to the Annual Meeting
    • Opportunity to submit a 2-minute prerecorded video to be played during General Session OR a 5-minute onstage presentation at the Annual Meeting General Session

The 2026 INSAR Annual Meeting in Prague, Bohemia Czech Republic at the Prague Congress Centre provides opportunities to reach in-person conference attendees. Seize the demand for attendees to meet face-to-face by creating your presence at the conference. Tap into attendees' high interest in new products, technology, and information by becoming a Conference Sponsor.

LMIC Support Opportunity members and sponsors may support this initiative. No minimum monetary requirements.

 

Support LMIC Attendees! LMIC attendance is limited by systemic barriers including high travel costs. Help us get them to the Annual Meeting. While registering, elect to donate to be an LMIC Sponsor!
