STC Anti-Racism Repository

INSAR Student and Trainee Committee Anti-Racism Repository

In June 2020, the INSAR Board released a statement in solidarity with the Black community in denouncing racism, prejudice, and institutional discrimination. The Student and Trainee Committee also put forth a similar statement. Since this time, the committee has regularly met to discuss anti-racism and develop actionable items that we, as a committee, could engage in. One of these important actionable items identified by our committee is the creation of an anti-racism resource repository.

As a committee devoted to supporting the education and development of student and trainee autism researchers, the STC is uniquely poised to lead the way in promoting anti-racist education and identified actionable items in autism research. To achieve this goal, the STC maintains this repository of anti-racism resources that are directly pertinent to our constituency. This repository focuses on the intersecting domains of anti-racism and autism research.
