No substitution requests are processed onsite, and no refunds are issued for no-shows.

Exceptions that can be submitted after the Cancellation Deadline:

- Registrants that provide documentation of a medical emergency / doctor order not to travel are eligible for a refund (less fees) after the cancellation deadline (including following the event).

- Registrants that request an official “Invitation Letter” from INSAR to submit with their visa application prior to the meeting are eligible for a Full Refund if the visa is denied or not processed in time to attend the meeting. (Please note that ample time must be allowed for approvals. Eg. An "Invitation Letter" requested within a week of submitting cancellation request would not allow ample time for visa approval and therefore would not be eligible for a refund)
