INSAR Committees
2009 – 2010
Various functions of INSAR are overseen by standing committees. In the past, the chair and members of these committees were appointed by the Board of Directors. However, the current Board has elected to implement a new procedure to encourage broad participation in INSAR activities by the membership. The following is a list of committees currently established for INSAR. Most are in need of a chair, vice chair or members. This is indicated in the Status statement for each committee. There is also a short statement concerning the tasks of the committee.
If you would like to become a member of any of these committees, please submit a self-nomination form (see link below) to INSAR Administrator, Jennifer Gentry (

). Please submit nominations no later than February 5, 2010. From the list of volunteers, the Board of Directors will select a chair for each committee. The chair will then select a group of members from the list of volunteers.

To develop and implement a plan for annual Summer Autism Research
Institute (SARI). Committee will investigate private and public
mechanisms for support of the school and determine locations for SARI. |
