* The deadline to join or renew as member for IMFAR 2014 was March 17, 2014. If you are not currently a member, you may register at the nonmeber rate. Membership applications and payments will open following the meeting.

Frequently Asked Questions

Any bold field names on the online form require an entry.   On the first screen of the form, you must select a “reg type” from the drop down for the meeting fees to display. 

To be eligible for Member registration fees, you need to pay for 2014 Member dues prior to registering. The cancellation policy for IMFAR registrations is listed at the bottom of this page.

New members must submit an application to be eligible for the member registration rate.  Follow the steps on the membership page of our website.  You do not have to wait for a membership decision prior to paying your dues and registering for the conference at the member rate.  If your membership is not approved, your membership fee will be applied to your registration.

A myINSAR account is required to access the online registration form. Members, abstract submitters and recent meeting attendees already have an account. Login for myINSAR is your primary e-mail address and password.  There is a forgot your password option available.  If you do not currently have an account, please use the New Visitor Registration link. It is recommended to login or create your myINSAR account at least five days prior to the registration deadline. This will allow staff to assist with any login questions.

IMFAR 2014 - Cancellation Policy*
All registration cancellations must be received in writing no later than April 15, 2014. Cancellations received after 5:00 pm Eastern on this day will not be issued a refund. Cancellations received prior to this date and time will be refunded the paid registration fee minus a $75 administrative processing fee. Membership fees are not refundable.  Cancellations must be sent in writing to Kate Flaherty via e-mail registration@autism-insar.org or fax 860.586.7550. Substitutions are accepted and must also be submitted in writing.
